Sun 1 Dec 2013 16:10 – Man City v Swansea (Etihad Stadium)

Referee: Mark Clattenburg

Our new reviewer Neill has written up a great preview for Man City v Swansea on Sunday and it has highlighted some great features suitable for trading the draw.  With such a high goal count expected this makes laying the draw on Betfair a high confidence trade.

Manchester City have won sis out of six home games this season with a best in league average of 4.3 goals per game; a statistic that does not make good reading for Swansea fans ahead of their trip the Etihad this Sunday.  Swansea have won three of their away games this season but they have not fared well against teams in the top half of the table having earned just a single point from a possible 15. Man City have only conceded two goals at home all season.

Swansea are still without Rangel, Bony and Michu but could welcome back Hernandez and Routledge subject to late fitness tests. Man City are still missing Nastasić, Silva and Jovetic but could welcome back captain Vincent Kompany to the squad.

There is a good chance of over 10.5 corners in this game and there is a very high chance of over booking 35.5 points, so these markets could be worth looking at in a game lacking any real value bets otherwise.

There is only one result that can be seriously predicted in this game and that is the home win. The only question is how big will the margin be and a Manchester City handicap could provide some value with a 3 or 4 goal margin very possible in this game.

Match prediction: Man City 4-0 Swansea
